Proximi.io is a young, energetic startup whose unified proximity platform enables software developers to kick-start location-aware app development in minutes. Through our simple SDK and API, our customers get access to iBeacons, Eddystone beacons, IndoorAtlas, Wi-Fi, GPS and cellular navigation. In addition to the exact positioning data, we offer developers a set of tools for utilizing the data in their applications, including geofencing, action flows and analytics.
We are currently an international team of 8 that takes pride in balancing cutting-edge technology with excellent customer experience. We are working on an extremely interesting, fast-moving field, that has a natural pull from the customer base. Proximi.io was established in 2014, and has been nominated many prizes, including the Travelers and Advertising Next Interaction Award and selection as one of the most promising European IoT startups.

- have mad coding skills (either Android, iOS or JavaScript) – or a great interest in the field of location-based solutions
- are ready to work independently, and take an active part in developing Proximi.io as the leader in proximity-based services
- have excellent English skills
- hate suits and hierarchies
- are willing to work in our Helsinki office – or remotely via Skype
