Description
Cyber Security Challenge UK runs a series of competitions designed to test your cyber security skills. They are created by our sponsor community; some of the largest security companies in the country, who are looking for the next generation of cyber defenders. We run a number of programmes aimed at students who have an interest in cybersecurity. These range from schools competitions to boot camps and even resources for teachers.
Schools
The UK has a world-class cybersecurity sector, where the current demand for young talent is set to grow. However, there is a severe shortage of young people entering the sector so we need to attract, develop and nurture future talent in cybersecurity.
Cyber Security Challenge UK’s Schools programme aims to raise awareness of the exciting careers in cybersecurity within primary and secondary schools, using innovative and stimulating tools and scenarios to develop practical and usable skills in high demand from industry.
Further Education
Our further education programmes are tailored for those in college, helping you to build your cybersecurity knowledge and even gain UCAS credits along the way.
Higher Education
We run a variety of events and activities for university students from boot camps showing you ways into the industry to Capture the Flag competitions where you can battle teams from other universities and prove your skills. All of these events are designed to help boost your career and give you exposure to prospective employers.
