Do great grades mean you are more likely to be employed?  It’s not a guarantee by any means. The relationship between IQ and outcome in the work place can easily be at odds if you do not develop the key skills required to perform in the modern multi-disciplinary workplace environment. The capacity to recover quickly from difficulty and your attitude to work will take you much further than IQ alone.
