We explore the opportunities available in the company, what they are looking for from cadet applicants and how they support their employees in all aspects of the job, including in areas of mental health. In addition, we ask Lee about his personal journey in the maritime industry and we explore how industry 4.0 (automation and robotics) will impact the types of jobs that will become available in the future and how VShips is addressing these challenges with their Cadet X program.
